I really love books and reading, so does my friend Emma. The other day we were talking about how nice it is to have books in your home but how hard it is to know what to do with them since they tend to lay around - EVRYWHERE. Or they just end up in a bookshelf, collecting dust after they've been read once Emma is also about to finish making her first book! So sweetie this is an ode to you! xxx
Estrid Ericsson founded Svenskt tenn (Swedish tin..?) in 1924, Josef Frank had a strong connection to the company. I dont think there's many swedish peolpe who haven't seen his prints on wallpappers, fabric etc latley. They have been really popular the last few (5? 10? 15? time flies!) years around my home country. I just love the typical Svenskt Tenn style. Minimalistic and light but still colourful and full of patterns and different structures. Perfect.
